Using SRTransport
Choosing a Transport Type
Choose a 'Transport Type' (module) that is appropriate for your database. The example will use OpenBase but for this tour you should choose a module type that will connect directly with your database, i.e. OpenBase, JDBC, Oracle or Sybase. (See notes below.)

Different 'Transport Modules' are present on different platforms. 'Windows' has the 'Sybase' and 'Oracle' modules. 'OSX Server 1.2' doesn't have the 'JDBC' module. This is because of dependencies on native libraries that are not available on all platforms.
